The staff is always helpful and friendly.
The huge TV in our room didn't work due to no signal on the 9th floor. This was disappointing as I had hoped to unwind with some shows after a long day. During breakfast, the food quality was quite poor, with many items served cold or undercooked, a letdown for a hotel of this stature.

We had a quite comfortable time. We really enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were very professional and helpful. The location was perfect, short walk to the riverside and surrounding restaurants and center, and had astonishing views. Daun Penh district was worth staying in. Roof top bar was there.

The buffet breakfast was a good spread, with fresh local fruits, made every morning special. I adored the rooftop bar, where sunset cocktails offered an epic view of the Mekong River and city skyline, a sight to behold! Plus, the staff's attentiveness, especially from Harris at reception.
One minor hiccup was the street noise from honking horns early in the morning. Luckily, I was offered a complimentary drink and a promise of a suite upgrade for my next stay. Fair trade, if you ask me!

Why it might work for you, or not
Really good customer service and hospitality left a amazing impression. The delicious culinary offerings and well-furnished rooms created a rejuvenating retreat. The rooftop provided awe-inspiring views.
Some amenities like the pool were cold and lacked sunlight. The breakfast options were basic and got dried out quickly under the heat. Not ideal for those seeking more active dining experiences.

The room was super chill, and I loved lounging on the balcony with a drink from the rooftop bar. The staff were always around with a smile. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster though, it lagged a couple of times. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay!
